Terms of Use

Skyline Communications requires that all customers and other users ('the User') observe the following rules in their use of this platform and it's content (the 'Platform').

Access rights

To use this Platform, the User needs to possess a valid, purchased and fully paid-up access right. Usage of this Platform without a valid access right is forbidden.


The User’s access right to this Platform is strictly personal. User is responsible for keeping its passwords secure. The User is solely responsible for any activity that occurs under its user name and account. Account details and log-in credentials of this Platform may not be shared with, or used by, any third party.


Skyline Communications will respect the User’s privacy rights on the Platform. Any personal data collected during User’s usage of this Platform, shall be collected solely for providing a fully operational Platform to the User. Any User questions regarding privacy can be send to privacy@skyline.be.

Intellectual property

The content of this Platform is owned by Skyline Communications, and protected by national and international intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights. Any content of this Platform may not be used in any way or in any form without the prior written consent of Skyline Communications.


This Platform constitutes confidential information of Skyline Communications. It is subject to confidentiality obligations and may not be used for any other purposes that its intended use. The Platform or any content originating from the Platform may not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of Skyline Communications.


The User is expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations throughout his usage of this Platform. It is forbidden to attempt to: (i) penetrate or disable any security system, (ii) intentionally distribute a computer virus, launch a DOS attack, or in any other way attempt to interfere with the functioning of this Platform and (iii) to attempt to access or otherwise interfere with the accounts of other users of this Platform.

No warranty

Although Skyline Communications aims to provide this Platform with the highest quality standards and degree of care, it does not purport to be comprehensive and is provided in good faith without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.


Skyline Communications strives to ensure a permanent availability of this Platform. However, for maintenance or other technical reasons, the Platform may be shortly unavailable from time to time. User shall have no right for compensation for non-access in case of a downtime.


Subject to an active maintenance and support agreement, Skyline Communications can provide support to User during his usage of the Platform.


These terms of use are intended to complement, and not override any other policy or rules that might be applicable to the same subject matter. Violation of this Policy may lead to suspension or termination of the User’s account or legal action. This Policy may be updated from time to time. Please check this page regularly.
